• Responsible for selling MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) supplies • Maintain and drive sales to an established portfolio • Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision makers • Manage sales volume with existing customers while prospecting new customers • Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area • Attend business meetings and local trade shows • Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs
• 4+ years business to business (B2B) field sales experience • Healthcare product knowledge is a plus, but NOT required • Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, is a plus • Ability to build rapport effectively with customers • Large volume of product lines experience • Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology • Excellent Time Management skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM • Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position
