📋 Description
• Build People analytics foundation and certified workforce metric ecosystem • Rebuild lifecycle operations on automated foundations • Govern AI usage and establish People team standards • Drive change adoption within the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in People analytics • 3 years managing and developing a team • experience rebuilding People operations on automated foundations • multi-system HR tech stack ownership • experience building predictive analytics for People • proficiency in modern data and automation tooling • ability to translate ambiguous business needs into a technology roadmap • capacity to communicate well across audiences • experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
