📋 Description

• Support our Professional Practice Evaluation programs, directly improving clinical outcomes across our provider network of NPs and MDs/DOs • Conduct routine chart reviews and monitoring, providing feedback to clinicians and creating remediation plans for documentation concerns and adherence to evidence-based practices • Collaborate with Operations team to develop automated quality monitoring systems • Supervise clinical teams and peer reviewers, building clinical oversight capabilities as we scale • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and create scalable feedback systems for providers

🎯 Requirements

• You are a licensed psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 2+ years of post-graduate experience in both clinical practice and fast-paced business environments • You have extensive experience completing quality chart reviews and audits for healthcare organizations, with a track record of training others on clinical documentation standards • You are curious about how AI is transforming clinical practice — you're excited to help evaluate, validate, and shape how new AI tools are deployed responsibly and how they improve care quality at scale. • You thrive as a collaborator, building bridges between clinical strategy and product, operations, and business teams • You are a strategic first-principles thinker who can decompose complex problems into clear strategies and actionable plans • You are motivated by the opportunity to improve access to high-quality behavioral healthcare at scale
