📋 Description

• Complete monthly closing activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals and properly recording transactions • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger to ensure that financial statements are GAAP compliant • Maintain and reconcile asset databases and amortization schedules • Record and reconcile monthly expense accruals across multiple vendors • Serve as contact for audit and tax, provide requested PBC’s • Development and documentation of key processes and controls • Preparation of narratives and financial statement footnotes • Preparation of monthly financial analysis decks

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree required • CPA (or candidate) preferred • 6+ years progressive accounting experience • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements • Experience with NetSuite a plus • Experience with international transactions, including foreign exchange transactions and intercompany reconciliations • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize, and self-direct in a remote workplace • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
