• Owning EMR review across our trial portfolio. • Working with engineering to refine our automated EMR screening. • Encoding eligibility criteria for new sponsor-direct trials. • Strategic medical leadership across the company. • Attending weekly customer meetings on our sponsor-direct trials. • Driving improvements across our portfolio. • Partnering across the team.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong clinical training. You hold an MD, MBBS, DO, or MD-PhD. • Comfortable being hands-on. • A process and systems mindset. • Smart, proactive, resilient. • Quick learner across TAs. • Cohort and population thinking. • High attention to detail. • Strong communicator and team player. • Comfortable working remotely. • Enthusiastic about picking up AI as a new, deep skill. • Startup tolerance. • Bonus: Experience working with EMR data systems.
