📋 Description

• The Senior Electrical Engineer independently performs a variety of assignments involving the application of standard electrical design engineering techniques for a small project or selected segments of a larger project. • This person must be capable of exercising independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard design engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to make minor design adaptations and modifications. • This position requires the colleague to set assignments that have clear and specific objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables.

🎯 Requirements

• This position normally requires a 4-year engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program and typically 10+ years’ related experience (or equivalent working knowledge/experience/advanced degree in engineering) related to electrical engineering systems in the Built Environment. • This includes considerable experience in utilizing various computer software packages and automated electrical engineering and design equipment. • An incumbent in this position should be in possession of a Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Certification and be working toward Professional Engineering (PE) Registration. • PE registration would be attained within the first 2 years of attaining this position level.
