📋 Description

• Analyze monthly financial results and explain key variances • Build financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for senior leadership • Manage reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units • Assist in the monthly financial close process • Help drive synergies across markets through standardized processes, reporting, and best practices • Partner with Advertising and Consumer Marketing teams to improve market standardization and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, and modeling • Experience or interest in tools like PowerBI, Oracle, Salesforce, or SAP • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a drive for process improvement • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams
