• Work closely with BI team to define business requirements for reporting and data analysis • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business goals • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and inform decision-making • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational goals
• 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
