📋 Description

• Processing, monitoring, and evaluating daily financial reporting activities • Ensuring the accuracy of cost estimates, budgets, and the monthly close process • Serving as the primary financial owner for a designated portfolio of Profit Centers within the Healthcare Division • Compiling, analyzing, verifying, and reporting accurate financial data to management • Building budgets and loading forecasts for newly awarded contracts • Developing and maintaining financial models and databases • Analyzing financial performance against budgets and forecasts • Preparing internal and client-facing cost analyses • Managing the man-hour scheduling process • Monitoring real-time labor performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 2+ years in financial analysis or a similar role • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
