📋 Description

• Provides technical advisory and consulting expertise to programs and projects under development, acting as a recognized authority in the microcircuit emulation engineering field. • Provides engineering subject matter expertise, guidance and work leadership to technical staff and other groups. • Serves as a technical specialist for the organization in the application of advanced theories, concepts, principles, and processes. • Serves as program technical team lead. • Prioritizes technical issues, plans technical approach, and works with program managers to develop schedules and budget plans to support program delivery milestones. • Supports program risk identification and management activities. • Coordinates the application of the organization’s technical resources when required. • Develops and provides final technical reviews of major technical reports, status reports, letters, technical memoranda, contract reports and formal briefings. • Contributes original ideas and innovations to both solicited and unsolicited proposals that result in the expansion of ongoing programs or new program starts.

🎯 Requirements

• 15 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Master's in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. • Project/program engineering experience • Clearance: SECRET clearance with the US Government • Expert knowledge of microcircuit emulation and its associated industrial base, production equipment, and defense system requirements. • Expert knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, hardware, and software. • Excellent customer and organizational level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
