📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with project teams and key stakeholders. • Effectively allocate and manage resources across multiple projects to optimize productivity and deliver results within defined constraints. • Identify and assess risks associated with the program and individual projects, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize their impact. • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines, providing regular reports to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with contract requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines to deliver high-quality deliverables. • Lead and motivate a diverse team of project managers, engineers, analysts, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, track project milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including reporting requirements, deliverables, and any applicable regulations or legal obligations. • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience. • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the defense industry or government contracting. • Strong knowledge of defense industry practices, regulations, and contractual requirements. • Demonstrated experience managing multi-year contracts with greater than $20M annual revenue and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects within defined constraints. • Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of managing risks and making timely, informed judgments. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
