📋 Description

• Own the technical roadmap for Data, SWE, and Platform departments • Ensure seamless delivery of Hilbert’s AI Growth Engine • Architect high-level systems for AI/ML outputs served through web applications • Act as final technical authority on security, SOC2 compliance, infrastructure strategy • Mentor leads and build a culture of high ownership, integrity, and speed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce or Retail sectors • Prior Founder/CTO Experience in a startup or VP of Engineering at a high-growth AI company • Security Certifications/Experience leading SOC2 Type II or ISO 27001 audits • Deep conceptual grasp of the modern stack including K8s and Secret Management • Scale experience in an AI-heavy or data-intensive environment • Ability to explain data security, on-prem deployments, and custom ML requirements in Boardroom settings • Talent acquisition for recruiting and retaining top engineers
