📋 Description

• Own product design end-to-end: from early concept to shipped feature with a high degree of autonomy. • Design systems and flows: coherent product architecture across a complex multi-sided platform (course creators, learners, admins, analytics). • Collaborate closely with engineers and the broader team to define and validate product hypotheses. • Work within an existing design system and help it evolve. • Move fast: the team pivots frequently, tests hypotheses fast, and discards what doesn't work — you'll be part of that rhythm. • Communicate your thinking clearly in synchronous settings: be the person in the call who can sketch a solution on the fly, take feedback, and iterate immediately.

🎯 Requirements

• You think in systems and design coherent experiences, finding the shortest path to the right structure. • You drive tasks to completion on your own, without hand-holding. • You communicate ideas and trade-offs clearly, so non-designers can follow your thinking. • You thrive in a fast hypothesis-test-discard cadence and stay steady when work gets shelved. • You have real enterprise B2B intuition: bulk operations, safeguards, admin workflows, and permissions, where one wrong click can affect 50,000 employees. • Your visual craft is solid enough to work within the existing design system. • You speak Russian; English is a plus.
