📋 Description

• Contribute to complex litigation matters from day one, including high-stakes trials, appellate proceedings, and class action defense • Draft and review motions, briefs, and pleadings that demand precision and persuasive legal writing • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in case strategy development, trial preparation, and appeals work • Handle client interactions with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail • Engage in pro bono work (up to 50 hours counted toward billable requirements) while gaining broad exposure to diverse matters

🎯 Requirements

• Judicial clerkship experience (state or federal) • Excellent academic credentials from a respected law school (required) • Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused practice environment • Billable expectation: 1,950 hours annually (including 50 pro bono hours) • Additional 200 productive hours required (client development, firm activities, training)
