📋 Description

• Advise client organizations on change management at the intersection of IT, Operations, and Business to ensure changes are implemented correctly from a technical perspective and are successfully embedded organizationally • Design and steer change management approaches in IT and transformation projects • Conduct impact and readiness analyses to identify resistance and opportunities at an early stage • Coach employees and leaders, facilitate workshops, and manage conflict and resistance • Take on responsibilities beyond individual projects, e.g., by preparing proposals or further developing our consulting portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and several years of professional experience in IT management consulting or in a design role within an IT organization • Strong drive to shape outcomes and a commitment to deliver measurable impact—not just concepts • Confident, self-assured presence with management stakeholders and the ability to lead both technically and communicatively • Comfortable in complex, dynamic situations where not all answers are given, and able to use uncertainty as a space for shaping solutions • This list is a wish list.
