• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lead generation, with a proven track record of defining MQLs and improving conversion rates. • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation platforms. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you’ll be the bridge between ToF MarComm/PR and Sales/BD. • Confidence with lead scoring models and experience aligning marketing and sales teams on lead definitions. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. • Nice-to-Have: • Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or high-growth startups. • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) or predictive lead scoring. • Experience with chatbots, conversational marketing, or AI-driven lead qualification. • Background in sales enablement or rev ops.
