📋 Description

• Co-own the development and maintenance of Homebound’s 8+ quarter infill growth plan, including lot acquisition targets, market expansion priorities, and sequencing • Translate goals into market-by-market action plans across existing and new geographies • Identify key constraints to growth and define clear initiatives to address them • Partner with leadership to refine and evolve the infill BOOL strategy over time • Track performance against infill acquisition targets at the market and submarket level • Work closely with Acquisitions to improve lot sourcing outcomes • Define and adjust market-level strategies to improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or a highly analytical role with significant execution responsibility • Experience owning complex, cross-functional projects and driving them from planning through execution • Organized and can manage multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and can quickly move from problem identification to action • Effective at influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Clear and concise communication skills, both in writing and in presentations to senior audiences • Familiarity with real estate, marketplaces, or supply-constrained businesses • Strong interest in residential real estate development and housing markets
