📋 Description

• Collaborate with franchise owners to design kitchens, baths, and closets using provided measurements and customer preferences • Input finalized designs, selections, and pricing into the CRM system and prepare detailed project quotes • Support franchisees by providing guidance on design best practices and product selection • Lead showroom layout and design planning for new franchise locations in alignment with brand standards • Perform administrative CRM tasks as needed, including data cleanup, quote updates, and product catalog adjustments • Provide virtual customer-facing support alongside in-store sales associates when needed (via Zoom or video platforms) • Help train and onboard new franchisees, including use of design software, sales tools, and CRM systems • Continuously improve processes, documentation, and tools to enhance the tele-design program

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in interior design, kitchen and bath design, or related field • Proficient in design software (e.g., Prokitchen, 2020 Design, Chief Architect, or similar preferred) • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable on video calls and in remote customer-facing interactions • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred • Franchise or multi-location support experience is a plus.
