🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Operations, 3+ years in Finance, 5+ years in Leadership • Ability to manage complex operations, improving efficiency, and driving insights • Data Analytics • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow tools. • Process mapping & reengineering (Lean, Six Sigma)
