📋 Description

• Respond to incoming chat and email inquiries from families, caregivers, and community partners • Provide accurate information about services, programs, and support resources • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal remote staff when needed • Maintain clear and professional communication logs and follow-up records • Collaborate with the wider remote team to ensure consistent service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a remote setting • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries across platforms • Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, and chat tools • Passion for helping others and supporting mission-driven work
