📋 Description

• Provide expert consultation through data-driven operational and decision-making support to stakeholders across functions • Build and maintain deep relationships with sales partners; present strategies to senior executives • Liaise with leadership to monitor KPIs and identify trends • Respond to business requests; conduct root-cause analyses and provide recommendations • Support cross-functional programs, tools, and processes to drive performance improvements • Mentor more junior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Autonomous and ownership-driven in projects; able to innovate without step-by-step guidance • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives • Highly experienced with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau; Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus • Highly analytical with ability to derive actionable insights from raw data • Adaptable to evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business • Experts in defining key metrics and conducting analyses • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment
