📋 Description

• Devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives • Leads the strategy, architecture, and delivery of technology solutions that enable PBM business growth and operational excellence • Defines and executes a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business priorities • Provides hands-on technical leadership, actively guiding design decisions and architecture reviews • Partners with Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture teams to define and govern target state architecture • Evaluates emerging technologies, platforms, and tools • Owns end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of enterprise platforms • Manages IT spend across labor, vendors, and platforms • Leads high-performing engineering and architecture teams

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience • 8+ years leading large, complex teams • Experience in architecture leadership and modernization initiatives • Expertise in solution design, technology evaluation and delivery • Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud, and distributed systems • Experience with AI, automation, and data platforms • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
