• Drive content design for features and journeys using research, analytics, and content assessments (audits, inventories, touchpoint mapping) • Translate research, stakeholder, and journey insights into clear, actionable digital experiences • Plan and execute content across the product lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and QA • Simplify complex, regulated healthcare information with clear, accessible content across UI, microcopy, and multi-channel experiences • Structure content for usability and findability, contributing to information architecture, navigation, and taxonomy • Partner cross-functionally with product management, product design, research, engineering, legal and compliance • Apply and contribute to guidelines, standards, and tools to ensure consistency and quality • Drive optimization using analytics, VOC data, and testing to improve performance
• 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, with experience owning content from discovery through delivery and iteration • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex or regulated information • Experience conducting content audits, research, and developing data-informed content strategies • Solid understanding of information architecture, content structures (taxonomies, models), and findability, with familiarity in accessibility and brand/style standards • Proven cross-functional collaboration and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work and measurable impact
