📋 Description

• Partner with Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management teams to streamline workflows • Translate complex analyses into actionable insights • Design and execute analyses to support enterprise initiatives • Apply statistical and epidemiologic methods on healthcare datasets • Prepare clear documentation of methodologies and findings • Produce technical reports and quantitative analyses • Contribute to peer-reviewed publications and present findings

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in statistics, epidemiology, mathematics, or a related field • At least 2 or more years of experience leveraging generative AI tools and methods • 5 or more years of technical experience (e.g. statistical analysis, modeling, data science) • Experience translating ambiguous problems to testable questions • Expertise in designing and executing experimental and quasi-experimental analysis • Demonstrated experience communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to travel as needed
