📋 Description

• Partner with senior Finance leadership to rapidly identify root causes of operational and reporting challenges, develop corrective action plans, and lead disciplined execution to resolution. • Ensure all financial activities meet required accounting standards and successfully pass internal and external audits. • Collaborate with Finance leaders to identify and implement automation opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and control. • Work closely with Procurement leadership to advance transformation initiatives focused on improved user experience, cost optimization, and measurable financial savings. • Lead the implementation of new capabilities that enhance forecasting accuracy and materially shorten the financial close cycle. • Negotiate with existing and prospective vendors to improve commercial terms, service quality, and overall strategic alignment. • Develop and execute a long‑term strategy to streamline and modernize Finance and Procurement through the application of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, in close coordination with Technology leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or service management. • Demonstrated expertise in technology lifecycle management, product management, and metrics- or OKR-based performance reporting. • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and engage effectively with executive stakeholders. • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a strong executive presence.
