📋 Description

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs • Coordinate and support internal audits and risk assessments • Monitor progress in closing procedural gaps and corrective actions • Develop and maintain documentation for compliance protocols and workflows • Collaborate with teams to manage compliance training and reporting • Facilitate training sessions to promote a culture of compliance • Support process improvement initiatives for better service delivery and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred) • 5+ years of experience in compliance, process improvement, or operations management • Experience with multiple EMR/EPM platforms with understanding of healthcare workflows • Certification in compliance (e.g., CHC, CCEP) and/or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (CoPilot, PPT, Excel, etc), compliance tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
