📋 Description

• Support Epic Prelude build, optimization, testing, and go-live activities • Configure and troubleshoot confirmation rules within Prelude • Design, build, and maintain Prelude workqueues (WQs) • Collaborate with operational teams to validate registration and scheduling workflows • Participate in workflow design sessions and provide best-practice recommendations • Assist with testing, issue resolution, and end-user support during go-live • Work closely with project leadership and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Prelude certification • Strong hands-on experience with Epic Prelude • Deep expertise in confirmation rules • Extensive experience building and supporting Prelude workqueues (WQs) • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) certification and/or implementation experience (preferred) • Experience supporting patient access, registration, and scheduling workflows (preferred) • Experience working in large healthcare systems or academic medical centers (preferred) • Consulting experience (preferred)
