📋 Description

• Managing a portfolio of clients and projects • Leading large-scale technology and transformation programs • Driving business development as an industry, process, and technology subject matter expert • Building and scaling a repeatable, high-growth Oracle business across North America • Leading industry-specific solutioning, Oracle co-sell motions, and revenue generation • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions • Developing and managing senior executive client relationships • Ensuring quality of deliverables and alignment with client outcomes • Managing engagement economics including forecasting, margin, and utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field • 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience • 7+ years of experience in Retail industry transformation initiatives • Demonstrated experience in Oracle implementations or Oracle-related transformation programs • Proven track record of business development and revenue generation • Experience supporting or leading Oracle co-sell or alliance-driven sales motions • Strong experience in solution design, proposal development, and client presentations • Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel up to 75%
