📋 Description

• Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems • Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes • Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Active Epic certification (must be current) • Minimum 3 years of Epic experience supporting revenue cycle or patient access workflows • Experience with financial clearance, referrals, or related revenue cycle domains • Strong understanding of operational workflows within hospitals or healthcare systems • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate business needs into Epic solutions • Project management experience with Epic implementations • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
