📋 Description
• Draft due diligence checklists • Manage checklists, due diligence with third parties, and closing calls • Manage virtual data rooms • Review and comment on title and survey and coordinate with title companies • Draft purchase and sale agreements and leases • Draft loan agreements and other ancillary loan documents • Conduct and review UCC judgment and lien searches • Organize, distribute, and compile all signature pages for closings • Interface directly with client and business parties • Assist attorneys with various tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience • Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program • Associate’s degree from ABA approved program • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in any field • Significant, substantive legal related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
