📋 Description

• Drive all aspects of OEM mfg business development and sales independently • Achieve revenue targets and grow Hypertec’s presence in the contract manufacturing market • Identify, qualify, and secure new clients targeting organizations with OEM/ODM needs • Align sales strategies with company goals and refine offerings • Design and implement account strategies for client acquisition • Build relationships with key decision-makers • Maintain an accurate sales funnel with a 3-year outlook • Engage with clients to build trust and ensure satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5-10 years of experience selling into the contract mfg space • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Strong ability to analyze market conditions and adapt strategies • Proven ability to articulate technical and business advantages • Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives • Excellent team building and collaboration skills • Strong process management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities • Proven experience in leading, influencing, and motivating teams • Proficient in using sales enablement resources like CRM data and Microsoft Office
