📋 Description

• Maintain and update CAD drawings to reflect coordinated decisions • Identify and resolve conflicts between disciplines • Flag items requiring ownership input • Prepare clean, consistent drawing packages for ownership review • Attend virtual design coordination meetings and take notes • Interface directly with ownership to confirm design intent • Support the bid process by ensuring documentation is complete • Assist with submittal review and design clarifications during construction

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related engineering field • Must be proficient in AutoCAD • Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam are helpful but not required • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline • Clear written and verbal communication • Able to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in high-pressure conversations • Able to drive items to closure without heavy supervision
