📋 Description
• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.) • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly • Other typical BCBA activities
🎯 Requirements
• Masters degree • Active BCBA certification, required • LBA Preferred (before starting services) • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
