📋 Description

• Provide content and technical support to survey respondents via e-mail and phone. • Assist with survey documentation including data collection procedures. • Participate in detailed reviews of survey data. • Assist with reports and analyses as directed. • Software and survey testing. • Qualitative tasks such as focus group and interview note taking, recruitment, and arranging logistics. • Some data entry and other administrative tasks (e.g., note taking).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in social sciences, business, statistics, economics, or a similar field. • 1+ year of relevant work experience. • Interest in survey research and/or economics. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, including experience speaking to people on the phone in a professional setting. • Customer service experience in any type of environment (e.g., retail, service industry, medical office, human subject research). • Ability to multi-task through prioritizing and managing numerous activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. • Comfort working with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Experience with statistical packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS) preferred.
