📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for clinical trials • Manage day-to-day scientific operations activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes • Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with clinical trials • Engage with cross-functional teams to develop and refine risk management plans • Monitor and analyze risk metrics to identify trends and propose actionable improvements • Provide training to staff on risk management principles • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field • Extensive experience in clinical risk management or related roles, with a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a collaborative environment. • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools, with a focus on strategic risk identification and mitigation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and promote a culture of risk awareness. • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
