âą Manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. âą Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. âą Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. âą Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract interpretation, compliance issues, and contractual rights and obligations. âą Maintain accurate and organized contract records, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. âą Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
âą Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline âą Previous experience in contract administration, negotiation, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry. âą Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. âą Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities. âą Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. âą Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
