β’ Will learn to conduct a comprehensive compensation benchmarking analysis for international staff across various global regions, comparing internal data against industry standards and local market benchmarks. β’ Utilize tools and methodologies to evaluate total rewards packages, ensuring internal equity and competitiveness in diverse geographic locations. β’ Support the People & Culture team in organizing and maintaining accurate compensation data and documentation for reporting purposes. β’ Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations that summarize benchmarking findings and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. β’ Collaborate with regional HR representatives to validate market data and understand local labor laws and economic trends impacting compensation. β’ Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis processes.
β’ Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in International Finance, Accounting, International Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or related discipline β’ Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or relevant role β’ Fluent in English. β’ Demonstrates empathy, humility, authenticity, and respect in the workplace. β’ Willingness to ask questions and seek feedback. β’ Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. β’ Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. β’ Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones and languages. β’ Excellent verbal, intercultural, and interpersonal communication skills. β’ Enthusiastic with a sincere interest in the mission of the organization. β’ A self-starter with a proactive approach to work. β’ Excited about international development and iDE's mission. β’ Agile, adaptable, and a positive team player.
