📋 Description

• Oversee and manage enrollment inquiries for multiple degree programs at a wide variety of institutions • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of each institution’s admissions criteria and policies • Review college admission applications and conduct interviews with prospective students • Clearly communicate admissions processes and requirements to prospective students • Provide accurate, detailed information about degree programs to support informed decision-making • Develop and implement nurturing campaigns to assist prospective students to complete the enrollment process • Evaluate the effectiveness of each recruitment technique used by the enrollment team • Ensure all enrollment practices meet legal and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in enrollment services • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience • Ability to present information about programmatic offerings, including cost and program details, in an ethical and accurate manner • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively • Ability to consistently abide by the enrollment services policies and procedures • Discipline to operate within established best practices and processes • Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.
