📋 Description

• Program management and oversight of one or more multi-site GSD Strategic Initiatives • Understands internal and external stakeholder needs and expectations • Identifies roadblocks to success, and establishes effective actions to overcome • Establishes, educates and enforces governance frameworks and success criteria • Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution • Monitors performance against program metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations • Fosters strong relationships with customers, project teams, stakeholders, and executive management • Creates, uses, and deploys programmatic frameworks, tools, and systems • Works with commercial and site teams to drive growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or science field or in Business Administration • Technical experience in R&D, production, and engineering environments • Experience driving organizational change and process improvement • Experience managing multi-person and/or multifunctional projects • Understanding of program life cycles and phase gates • Experience in risk management and issue resolution • Experienced in use of data analytics to drive evidence-based decision making
