• Identify, develop and expand customers in the assigned region: IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI, WV and KY. • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails and web 2.0 tools. • Generate additional demand through partner events; studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management. • Understand customer needs and requirements. • Perform effective online demos to customers. • Help partners to prepare quotations and proposals. • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. • Maintain and expand the database of contacts on corporate CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent phone manner. • Strong listening and presentation skills. • Travel might be required 30% of the time. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Excellent relationship-building skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
