📋 Description
• Maintain accurate provider demographic and credentialing information • Support provider onboarding and data maintenance • Conduct data auditing and issue resolution • Collaborate with stakeholders across operational teams • Assist with quality improvement activities • Audit initial credentialing applications for compliance • Work on abstraction activities for clinical programs and services
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in provider data management • Healthcare credentialing and enrollment processes • Data quality and auditing • ServiceNow/ServiceHub ticket management • Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook • Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic, Kyruus, Verity, or similar • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy • Intermediate level experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications
