📋 Description

• Manage large-loss restoration projects remotely from first call to final closeout. • Review Xactimate estimates for accuracy and identify discrepancies in scope. • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients to provide regular status updates and ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters to ensure efficient project progress. • Utilize project management software and tools to track project milestones and budgets. • Ensure all documentation, reports, and project files are accurate and up to date. • Attend in-person meetings as required (approximately 30% travel). • Operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Maintain a strong and reliable internet connection to ensure effective remote management.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in restoration, remediation, and mitigation. • Expertise in reviewing and assessing Xactimate estimates. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proven ability to handle multiple commercial projects simultaneously. • Comfortable working remotely and independently. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for meetings. • Reliable high-speed internet connection is a must.
