📋 Description

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and tactical plays across the United States & Canada to achieve revenue goals. • Identify growth opportunities and drive sustainable business expansion. • Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams across both regions. • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. • Own sales targets and KPIs across both markets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments across the United States & Canada.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of ten years’ proven success in a senior B2B sales leadership role • Experience managing and developing teams across multiple regions. • Demonstrated success selling professional services into a predominantly SMB client base.
