🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Education, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 1+ years of relevant work experience • Strong data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement skills • Advanced proficiency with excel spreadsheets, • Ability to communicate complex findings in clear language • Strong stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, and documentation skills • Attention to detail with a focus on data quality and process accuracy
