📋 Description

• Assist the Sales team by providing technical, clinical and educational/training support • Conduct patient/customer product demonstrations/training • Attend patient device implants and perform follow-ups to assure success • Provide external staff education on product related specifications • Support sales representatives by identifying clients' clinical needs • Ensure timely product follow-up and support to patients and staff • Manage administrative tasks including patient documentation in Salesforce • Collaborate and educate physicians and hospital personnel on SPR products

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field • Must have experience working with patients preferably in a clinical environment • 3-5 years of related clinical support experience preferred • Proven record of achievement in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism • Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and active vehicle insurance policy • Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication skills • Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement • Must be flexible for work outside of normal business hours
