📋 Description
• Expand Instruction Partners’ impact by developing and managing early stage partnerships with school systems • Help education leaders address their most pressing instructional challenges • Lead partner development and account management including setting a regional growth strategy • Collaborate across teams to ensure strong, aligned support and impactful growth strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a school or systems leader in K-12 • Ability to analyze instructional systems and leadership challenges • Ability to apply expert knowledge of education policy, funding, and regional/state dynamics • Ability to build and sustain trust with diverse stakeholders • Ability to cultivate and expand networks • Ability to translate local insights into actionable outreach and engagement strategies • Experience in K-12 consulting with business development expectations • Proficiency using Salesforce
