📋 Description

• Creating and sending client invoices and updating client accounts • Adding new clients and removing inactive clients • Ensuring client contacts are up to date and their invoices are correct • Working with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices • Resolving payment issues to ensure a healthy cash flow for the company • Performing day-to-day financial transactions in accordance with financial policies and procedures • Uploading Invoices to third-party platforms • Creating and sending invoices with Netsuite • Working with client accounts in HubSpot CRM • Responding to client emails • Processing payments received from customers • Facilitating payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients • Entering and updating data in spreadsheets • Back-up for other accounting tasks as necessary • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field • 1+ years of Netsuite experience (preferred) • 1+ years of experience with accounts receivable or accounts payable (required) • Proven working experience in AR/AP and collections • Comfort working in a high-volume atmosphere • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Netsuite • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles • Client-focused attitude with strong verbal and written skills • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records • Data entry skills • Proficiency in English and in MS Office • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
