📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries. • Manage scheduling, appointments, and internal communications efficiently. • Support administrative tasks that enhance overall office operations remotely. • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all clients and stakeholders. • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls. • Manage email correspondence and respond to general inquiries in a timely manner. • Maintain and update contact lists and internal databases accurately. • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication across departments. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors via phone and email.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. • Proven experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack). • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace. • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
