📋 Description

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform services • Proactively identify and champion opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve platform scalability • Partner with engineering leaders to define architectural direction and platform standards • Translate platform strategy into clear, prioritized roadmaps and technical requirements • Evaluate complex build vs. borrow vs. buy decisions and vendor integrations • Ensure platform services are well-documented, discoverable, and user-friendly

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a platform, infrastructure, or other engineering-heavy role • 2+ years of dedicated Product Management experience • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-team technical initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment • Strong working knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data platforms • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and system reliability principles • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across multiple technical teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills
