• 15+ years’ experience, to include demonstrable: • Long-term client relationship management • Business management • Commercial leadership, including financial and pricing acumen • Leadership through influence (soft power) • Tech industry knowledge/expertise • The ability to: • Work in an international environment • Navigate a highly matrixed organisation • Lead and collaborate with senior experts • Drive change with a multi-disciplinary team • Adapt to change
